Scope of validity
This Privacy Statement informs the user of this website and subdomain under the Personal Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Media Act about the manner, scope and purpose of collection and use of personal data by the operator of JPC Green Eco s.r.l. website. The website operator takes your personal data protection very seriously and treats your personal data in a confidential and legal manner. Keep in mind that data transmission on the Internet can generally be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection against unauthorized access is not possible.
What is personal data?

User's rights: Information, authorization and deletion
Your data will be deleted if:
- The reason for their retention ceases,
- Your consent will be withdrawn,
- User's consent will be withdrawn ("delete my data")
and it is not in contradiction with any legal obligation to store data (taxes and accounting).The user has the right to obtain, free of charge, information about the personal data stored on him/her. In addition, the user has the right for incorrect data correction, blocking and deletion of his/her personal data, unless this is contrary to any statutory obligation to store data. If you believe that processing your data is contrary to the Privacy Act, or your personal data protection claims have been otherwise harmed, you may complain to the supervisory authority in Romania.
